IDC data show that notebook shipments this year’s Asia-Pacific region will surpass the United States and will surpass Western Europe in 2012.
IDC data show that this year’s Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan) market, notebook shipments will reach 48.85 million, thus surpassing the United States market shipments, but still lower than the Western European market, 53.46 million.
However, in the next few years, notebook shipments in the Asia-Pacific market will remain at 25% or 30% As in 2011 will reach 62.55 million, close to 63.42 million in Western Europe. By 2012, is expected to go beyond Western Europe.
